The cantilever dual-robot collaborative design fully showcases intelligent advantages: workpieces can be freely placed, and the cameras automatically recognize weld seams with a single scan, eliminating the need for manual programming. One-click start quickly enters welding mode, drastically shortening preparation time and lowering the operational threshold. The system automatically assigns welding tasks to both robots for synchronized operation and supports real-time seam tracking and correction. It easily handles complex spatial welds such as vertical seams, R-corners, fillet welds, and perforations. Once initiated, it can operate 24/7 automatically without human intervention.
