This cutting machine is equipped with plasma cutting heads and flame cutting torchs, which is a high-efficiency and high-performance equipment. It adopts a gantry type, single drive or double drive, and can cut metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, etc

It mainly consists of the host, input roller conveyor, output roller conveyor, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc. It has the characteristics of precise positioning of workpieces, safety and stability, and improving production efficiency.

This is a specialized equipment for welding H-beams, mainly composed of gantry frame, arc guiding mechanism, automatic submerged arc welding machine, electric control system, and flux recovery system.

2. This gantry welding machine can perform back and forth welding, eliminating the need for return time and improving work efficiency
3. Adopting a guide arc frame automatic tracking and centering mechanism can ensure the automatic centering of the welding gun and improve the product qualification rate
4. This machine has automatic feeding and recycling functions for solder flux, which can ensure the repeated use of solder flux and reduce losses
H-beam straightening machine is a specialized equipment used by steel structure manufacturers to straighten H-beams. There are two types of machines available: mechanical straightening for light steel and hydraulic straightening for heavy steel.
The mechanical correction model is a downward pressure type, which uses a motor reducer to drive the pressure roller downward for correction. The hydraulic correction model is divided into two structural forms: downward pressure type and upward pressure type. The downward pressure type uses a hydraulic cylinder to drive the pressure roller downward for correction, while the upward pressure type uses a hydraulic cylinder to drive the driving wheel upward for correction.
The HGP series shot blasting machine is a roller conveyor automatic shot blasting cleaning equipment, mainly used to clean the oxide scale, rust, etc. on the surface of H-beams, so as to obtain a smooth surface with a certain roughness, increase the adhesion of the paint film, and improve the fatigue strength, surface quality, and anti-corrosion effect of the workpiece.
