Cause analysis and solution:
1. The "power indicator light" is broken: replace the indicator light

3. No input three-phase 380V voltage: check whether there is a problem with the power supply
4. The input power supply is missing a phase: Use a multimeter to check the three-phase power supply.

Fault 2
Phenomenon description: After the input power is turned on, the fan of the plasma cutting machine does not turn, but the power indicator light is on.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. The input three-phase power supply lacks a phase: use a multimeter to check the three-phase power supply
2. The fan blade is stuck by a foreign object: just remove the foreign object
3. The power plug of the fan is loose: just plug it in again
4. The lead wire of the fan is broken: overhaul
5. The fan is damaged: overhaul or replace

Phenomenon description: After the input power is connected, the power indicator light is on, and the fan is normal, but there is no airflow after turning on the "air test" switch.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. No input compressed air: overhaul air source and air supply pipeline
2. The air filter pressure reducing valve fails, the pressure gauge indicates 0, and the "insufficient air pressure" indicator light is on: adjust the pressure reducing valve pressure or replace the pressure reducing valve.
3. The "gas test" switch is damaged: replace the switch
4. The solenoid valve in the host is broken: repair or replace
5. Gas supply pipeline leaks or breaks: inspection and repair

Phenomenon description: Turn on the "gas test" switch on the host panel, and air will spurt out. Press the cutting torch switch, but the machine will not respond.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. The plasma cutting torch switch is broken or the connecting wire is broken: repair or replace
2. The "cutting" switch on the plasma cutting machine panel is broken: repair or replace it
3. The main control board of the cutting machine is broken: repair or replace it
4. The cutting machine is in a protection state due to temperature and other reasons: wait until the temperature is normal.
5. The waterway is not working properly, causing low water pressure. Protection: Check the waterway and water pressure valve.
6. The host control transformer or related circuits and components are damaged: inspection and repair

Fault five
Phenomenon explanation: The contact type can cut, but the non-contact type cannot. The test non-transfer arc no spark ejection nozzle.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. 15A fuse fuse broken circuit: just replace it
2. The air pressure on the pressure reducing valve is too high: adjust the pressure
3. Parts in the torch are damaged: check and replace
4. The cutting torch is damp and the moisture in the compressed air is too high: dry it and add a water filter device.
5. Pilot arc line open circuit: just replace it
6. The cutting torch is damaged: just replace it

Fault six
Phenomenon explanation: When the plasma cutting torch switch is pressed, there is air flow in the nozzle, but neither "high" nor "low" can cut.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. Input power phase loss: overhaul
2. The air pressure is less than 0.45Mpa: adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve
3. The input air flow rate is too small: ensure 0.3m3/min
4. Poor contact between the cutting ground wire and the workpiece: re-clamp or replace
5. The electrode nozzle or other parts in the cutting torch are damaged: replace with new parts.
6. The cutting method is incorrect: place the nozzle and workpiece correctly
7. The torch cable of the plasma cutting machine is broken: replace or reconnect it.
8. The distance between the "spark arresters" in the host is too large or short-circuited: the distance must be about 0.5mm.
9. Some components in the host are damaged, such as: pressure controller, etc.: repair or replace
10. The control board in the host is damaged: overhaul or replace

Phenomenon description: Only one of the high and low gears can work.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. The cutting thickness selection switch is broken or the wire is broken: replace
2. One of the AC contactors is damaged: check and replace
3. The main rectifier goes bad or the related wires are disconnected: replace or repair

Phenomenon description: The plasma arc is unstable when the plasma cutting machine is working.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. The air pressure is too low or too high: adjust
2. The electrode or nozzle in the cutting torch is burned out: replace it
3. The input AC voltage is too low: adjust the input voltage
4. Poor contact between the cutting ground wire and the workpiece: re-clamp or replace
5. The cutting speed is too slow: adjust the cutting speed
6. The spark arrester cannot automatically break the arc: normal discharge for 0.5s, repair
7. The relevant components in the main engine are not working properly: overhaul

Phenomenon description: the incision is too wide, and the cutting quality is not good.
Cause analysis and solution:
1. The cutting speed is too slow: adjust the speed
2. The electrode nozzle has been burned: replace
3. The cutting material and cutting thickness do not match the position of the selection switch: choose the correct position
4. The nozzle model is incorrect: replace the nozzle with the correct model

Phenomenon explanation: The cutting torch of the plasma cutting machine is burned out.
Cause Analysis:
1. The metal pressure cap is not pressed tightly
2. The conductive connection of the cutting torch is loose and leaking.
3. Poor insulation at the cutting torch joint
4. The ceramic protective sleeve on the cutting torch is damaged but has not been replaced.
5. Too much moisture in compressed air
6. The cutting torch is wrong when the split-type cutting machine is used for parallel cutting.
7. The electrode was not replaced in time after it was burned out.
8. When the water-cooled cutting torch is working, the water path is abnormal and the interface leaks.
