Main Components and Production Process

1. Plate Cutting

2. Edge Beveling and Grinding

According to welding requirements, the edges of the flange plates are beveled (grooved) and ground to prepare them for high-quality welding with other ship structural sections. This process improves weld penetration and ensures stronger, more reliable joints.

3. Assembly and Positioning

The flange plate and web plate are assembled into a T-shaped profile and securely positioned using pneumatic or hydraulic clamping systems. Advanced production lines can achieve a positioning accuracy of ±0.5 mm, ensuring precise dimensions and consistent product quality.

4. Welding

Welding is the core process of the production line. The assembled T-bars are welded using automatic welding equipment, such as multi-head gantry welding machines or robotic welding systems. 5. Straightening

After welding, the T-bars may experience slight deformation due to thermal stress. A straightening machine is used to correct the distortion and restore the required flatness and straightness, ensuring that the finished products meet shipbuilding quality standards.
