Product Introduction

To improve the efficiency and quality of large shipbuilding sub-assembly components while reducing dependence on skilled welders and lowering labor intensity, this automated production line has been developed. By combining the flexibility of manual assembly with the high efficiency of robotic welding, the system is designed to create an advanced, stable, and well-organized intelligent manufacturing unit.

The equipment consists of two interconnected functional zones. Workpieces are first assembled and tack welded in the manual assembly area, then accurately transferred through an automated conveying system to the robotic welding area, where intelligent welding robots perform fully automated welding of all required seams.
